Responsibilities Of The Customer Care Specialist
- Work directly with client customers and assist with answering questions, explaining product features and benefits, and close sales
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and follow all client compliance guidelines when working with customers
- Have a full understanding of daily and quarterly sales goals
- Master all product knowledge and be able to cross sell different products and services
- Work seamlessly with the Customer Service team and trade tips in order to improve as a whole
- A high school degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or other related field is preferred, but not required
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in any customer service related position
- A desire to learn and take on new challenges
- The ability to communicate well both internally and externally
- Possessing a competitive spirit and a drive to grow is a plus
