Summary
The maintenance records clerk reports to the Quality Manager. They perform records review, filing, and data entry tasks. This position does not perform maintenance functions. This position is considered a non-certificated position and will not be authorized to approve work on articles for return to service or stamp / sign-off tasks in the aircraft inspection binder or electronic work order system. This repair station will ensure that individuals assigned these duties have all the skills, experience, education, and knowledge required by the Job Description for this position.

Essential Duties
- Reports to the Quality Manager.
- Completes tasks assigned to themselves in accordance with the procedures set forth in the RSQCM.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Files work order packages turned into QC after Return to Service.
- Builds work orders in the electronic work order system and generates any physical binders or documentation packages required.
- Obtains and attaches procedure references to the electronic work order system.
- Reviews the electronic work order system for correct grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and appearance of resolutions, and makes corrections as necessary.
- Reviews the Learning Management System and attach training completion certificates to the appropriate training records.
- Uploads content to the Learning Management System, such as training modules.
- Manages users in the Learning Management System.
- Reviews the tool tracking system and ensures records are filed correctly and any tools due for calibration are segregated from available tools.
- Assist with the calibration and management of tracked company equipment.
- Ensures documentation is mailed or delivered to the appropriate location as required.
- Updating Bombardier Maintenance Manuals via Smart-Pubs application.
- Renewing Cessna Manual publications.
- Adding, removing, and editing tracked tooling / equipment in Airtables and Corridor (electronic tracking system).
