Job Overview :
As ACI’s Sales Enablement Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring that ACI’s sales teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to communicate the value of our solutions, engage prospects effectively, and close deals efficiently. This position requires a combination of strategy, content development, technology competence, and training to drive sales excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Training & Development :
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new sales representatives and upskill existing team members.
- Create a comprehensive sales training curriculum that includes product knowledge, market and competitor assessment, sales techniques, and Salesforce, Hubspot, and ChurnZero usage best practices.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to ensure the sales team is up-to-date with new tools, features, and processes
