- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage sales training programs, including onboarding, continuous learning, and skills development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to create and deliver effective sales content, presentations, playbooks, and tools.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Track key sales enablement metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization through feedback loops, coaching sessions, and best practices sharing.
- Partner with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement initiatives and measure their impact on sales productivity.
- Create, organize, and manage sales collateral, playbooks, and pitch decks to support the sales team.
- CRM and Tools Management: Ensure sales teams are effectively utilizing CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other enablement tools.
- Competitive and Market Insights: Provide the sales team with the latest industry trends, competitive analysis, and positioning strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles, preferably within the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs and sales content.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad) is a plus.
