What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Inventory and Maintenance Supervisor position at ACI Plastics Inc?
Job Summary:
The Inventory and Maintenance Supervisor's primary duty will be to rearrange the inventory to make is more user friendly and easier to track, as well as to perform preventative maintenance on the various production equipment. In addition, they will assist the Production Manager in developing and executing the production plan by making use of information from job orders, available inventory and regular meetings with production and sales management. The Supervisor will assist with staging material, tooling and programs for our vacuum forming and CNC machines. This position must be strong in preventative maintenance on all production equipment.
What does the job entail?
- Rearrange inventory to utilize current space and make it easier to track
- Perform preventative maintenance on all CNC machines and vacuum forming equipment
- Stage materials, tooling, and programs before the commencement of production as requested by the Production Manager.
- Perform preventative maintenance of production equipment to avoid shut down.
- Handle production issues in a way that it doesn’t hinder production and delivery.

Anything else?
- Prior experience with inventory systems and equipment maintenance.
- Strong Excel experience
- Excellent computer skills, Sage 100 software preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years inventory and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prefer Bachelor's degree.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
