ACI is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Help Desk Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues. As the first point of contact for our clients, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help others are essential. No experience required. Onsite training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
3. Assist users with account setup, password resets, and software installations.
4. Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution and escalate as necessary.
5. Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
6. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
7. Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
2. Strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems is a plus.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
