Job Summary :
Manage the plan, design, implementation, organization, and operation of the company’s data communications network. Analyze the needs of departments and establishes priorities for network design and implementation to develop new and / or modify the company’s networks and applications. Select, develop and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manages personnel which includes hiring / separation, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation, administration, and other related functions.
- Interpret customer / prospect requirements for ACI CMM product implementations to create PDM requests to submit to Product Engineering for estimating and scheduling (for Product enhancements or customizations.
- Provide estimates for Client Delivery tasks required to complete an implementation, to be included in a SOW for contracting with a customer / prospect.
- Work with customers / prospects to advise them on use of ACI CMM product functionality as much as possible for their implementation, to avoid customizations.
- Work with Product engineering to resolve questions on requirements submitted.
- Work with ACI Scrum Master / Project Manager to define project plan technical tasks needed to fulfill implementation.
- Work with ACI Scrum Master / Project Manager to identify new requests from customer / prospect that need to go through PDM process and / or require additional technical tasks to be estimated and contracted in a Change Control or new SOW to complete an implementation.
- Mentor Technical Consultants on the team / project on steps needed to complete technical tasks, and to grow their expertise in ACI CMM products.
- Ensures plans, policies and procedures are understood, administered, and adhered to by staff.
- Works with vendors as necessary to bring global scale, efficiency, and expertise to overall operations.
- Consults on data center layout and configuration.
- Ensures timely resolution of customer issues and communication of issue status.
- Proactive customer and senior management communication of potential issues.
- Ensures network data and voice support is provided to ACI employees and clients.
- Provides hardware / software support of production network, devices, and hardware VPN (Cisco) Juniper support for remote users.
- Perform network configuration backups and hardware / software maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand, Adhere and Enforce all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
