What You'll Do for Us :
- Providing strategic direction and architectural insight into the design and enhancement of the company's IT systems (hardware, software, integration, and network).
- Planning, designing, and developing robust technology solutions that address the needs of the business while compliant with the enterprise architecture standards.
- Leading initiatives for systems integration, ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms, and championing best practices in software and hardware selection.
- Addressing complex technical problems with innovative solutions, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, ensuring marketing and consumer data are managed and utilized effectively, particularly within the intricacies of the China market.
- Overseeing data architecture for marketing, ensuring scalable and compliant pipelines that integrate seamlessly with various activation channels.
- Mentor and guide both managers and team members, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Pay Range : 138,200 – $161,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
