Must-have skills:
1. Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
2. Accounts Payable (A/P)
3. SAP VIM
Years of experience required for each skill?
- VIM functional expert (3 years or more) with good exposure to SAP VIM
- Good to have Accounts payable.
- Primary job duties/responsibilities:
Candidate will be required to lead and guide client conversation on Vendor invoice management (VIM) and Accounts Payable Business Process Design (BPD) sessions from Apr1 through -Aug end.
The candidate should have experience to the following topics from both functional and SAP VIM standpoint:
. Process Scanning Archiving and OCR
. Process Vendor PO Invoices
. Process Vendor Non-PO Invoices
. Process Vendor Down / Pre Payment
Needs to have excellent communication and workshop conducting experience with a senior audience.
Needs to be able to independently run the workshops and manage stakeholder questions on all business scenarios related to VIM. Experience in Accounts Payable will be a plus.
Nice-to-have skills:
1. VIM Workshop experience
2. Good Client communication
3. SAP procurement skills
- Is industry experience needed for this role and why? Need Vendor Invoice Management experience (SAP VIM) in any industry. VIM experience in Oil & Gas will be a plus.
- What are the chances for extension? Yes, there is opportunity for extension thru July 2026
- Will the client pay for travel and expenses? Travel is reimbursed via project billing. The contractor would submit expenses through time submission.
