Role: SAP OpenText VIM Consultant

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

• Lead and facilitate client discussions on Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Accounts Payable Business Process Design (BPD) sessions from April 1 through the end of August.
• Provide expert guidance on key VIM and Accounts Payable processes, covering both functional and SAP VIM perspectives.
• Topics of focus will include:
  • Process Scanning, Archiving, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for invoices
  • Processing Vendor Purchase Order (PO) Invoices
  • Handling Vendor Non-PO Invoices
  • Managing Vendor Down Payments and Prepayments
• Lead and independently manage workshops, engaging senior-level stakeholders and addressing their questions across all business scenarios related to VIM.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, ensuring effective and clear interaction with key business stakeholders during workshops and discussions.
• Ensure smooth and efficient workshop execution, with a focus on driving productive outcomes and gathering critical business requirements.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable is a strong plus, enabling a deeper understanding of related business processes.
