Location : Hybrid Role (23 Days Onsite / week) in Houston TX 77086
Duration : 612 Months Contract (with opportunity for extension through July 2026)

Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Accounts Payable (A / P)
SAP VIM
Experience Requirements :
VIM Functional Expert : 3 years of handson experience with SAP VIM.
Accounts Payable Experience : Preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and guide client discussions during Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Accounts Payable (A / P) Business Process Design (BPD) sessions running from April 1st to August 31st.
Engage in the following functional and SAP VIM processes :
Scanning Archiving and OCR for invoice management.
Vendor PO Invoice Processing.
Vendor NonPO Invoice Processing.
Vendor Down / Prepayment Process.
Conduct independent workshops and effectively manage client stakeholder discussions and questions on all business scenarios related to VIM.
Ensure a smooth workflow and address process challenges efficiently.
Excellent communication skills are required to manage seniorlevel workshops and client interactions.

Experience with VIM Workshops.
Strong client communication skills.
SAP Procurement knowledge.
Industry Experience :
Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) experience is a must regardless of industry.
