We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Oral and written bilingual abilities are essential in performing the duties of this position.
Overview:
Assist in all areas relating to customer support from the point the customer receives his order (or indicates that he does not want his paid & shipped order) to the point the customer wants to order again. Provides effective customer support by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via email, fax, telephone or in person with customers or company employees.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Contacts suppliers/shippers to resolve customer support issues or concerns.
- Provides front line phone and email support for customers support issues.
- Checks on status on all unresolved shipping claims.
- Maintains excel spreadsheets for tracking issues and to alert Accounting of the status.
- Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bilingual speaking and writing is REQUIRED.
- Associate’s degree preferred. Some college coursework is required.
- Previous experience (2 years) in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid PC skills, proficiency and working knowledge of standard office software, such as Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel) with an aptitude to learn in-house database system.
- Restaurant equipment knowledge is very helpful in performing the duties of this position.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to execute under accelerated time frames.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in priorities.
