Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with senior leaders and managers to understand business strategies, goals, and challenges, and translate them into HR initiatives that drive business performance
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on a range of HR topics including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Able to lead and implement HR programs and initiatives such as an HRIS implementation, succession planning, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective and thorough investigations when needed
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop proactive solutions, programs, and policies
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
- Advise on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Champion a culture of continuous feedback, performance excellence, and employee engagement
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives, providing expertise in change management and communication strategies
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives at both local and global levels as needed
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR generalist role supporting mid-to-large-sized teams
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and trends
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in managing employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
- Exceptional interpersonal communication (both oral and written), and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in driving HR initiatives that positively impact business performance and employee engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience working in trades, i.e., plumbing, construction, and manufacturing
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
