Responsibilites include:
Marketing Execution & Support:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to support lease-ups, stabilized communities, and corporate branding.
- Coordinate digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and social media graphics.
- Manage property listings on ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, RentCafe, etc.) and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain marketing calendars and support on-site teams with local outreach efforts.
- Assist with the management of third-party vendors required to create and implement marketing deliverables.
- Develop high-quality visual and written content for social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing use (social media, virtual tours, promotions, etc.).
- Assist in designing graphics and branding materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch points and marketing materials.
- Manage and lead organic social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and monitor social trends in the multifamily space.
- Support paid social ad campaigns by developing creative assets and assisting with reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the multifamily, real estate, or hospitality industries.
- Strong design skills with experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic photography and video editing skills (preferred: experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for branding and content creation.
