Seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support API and cloud integration projects within the airline industry. The role involves working closely with business and IT teams to identify APIs, document requirements, develop test cases, and maintain the product backlog. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, cloud-based solutions (AWS), and API lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for API and cloud integration projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define API requirements, test scenarios, and system interfaces.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure product readiness and support key phases of the delivery cycle.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in API and cloud integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, API lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
