Role: Additive Manufacturing Engineer

Type: Contract - Long Term Position
We are seeking an experienced Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at ACL Digital. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for post-processing of SLA (Stereolithography) parts and other additive technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-process SLA parts, including support removal, UV curing, surface smoothing, and final finishing.
- Utilize adhesives, primers, and coatings to enhance part durability and appearance.
- Develop and document post-processing workflows for SLA and other additive technologies.
- Work directly with customers to optimize designs for manufacturability and post-processing efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with post-processing of SLA and other AM parts.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Understanding of adhesives, paints, and surface finishing techniques for AM materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in post-processing quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings for post-processing requirements.
