Trade Compliance Specialist
Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Temporary position only. Bill Rate $40.00.Need experience in Excel and able to analyze and manage large data sets. Experience in Logistics, Brokerage, or International Trade would all be preferred. Customer Service expereince is needed as well.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (IDENTIFY UP TO 6 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WITH ASSOCIATED JOB TASKS)
- HTS Classification
Classifies SHW products with Harmonized Tariff Schedule of US and HTS of other countries using general rules of interpretation, other tariff regulatory information, product chemistry, product function, and customs rulings.
Determine ECCN classification of products, based on data points. Refer products of concern to supervisor for review.
