Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled engineer to develop, integrate, debug, and maintain Wireless Network Optimization solutions. You will architect, develop, and deploy next-generation Cloud-Native RAN automation and optimization solutions. You will also define the architecture and implement RAN Optimization algorithms using heuristics and machine learning. Additionally, you will perform functional and performance analysis on production-deployed algorithms.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in wireless networks or wireless solution providers.
- Expertise in ORAN SMO, RIC development, and 4G/5G cSON.
- Proficiency in AI/ML toolkits (e.g., TensorFlow, Kubeflow, H2Oai).
- Strong experience with LTE, 5G NSA, 5G SA, and RAN technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- High proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux software development.
- Experience with cloud-native microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes services like GKE, EKS, OpenShift is a plus.
