Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven background in the services industry, preferably within staffing or recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate will excel in both account management and sales, combining the ability to acquire new clients ("open logos") with the skills to nurture and manage ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development and Sales :

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Account Management :

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client needs and develop customized staffing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Market and Industry Expertise :

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Provide insights to improve service offerings and enhance client value propositions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork :

  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
  • Partner with marketing and operations to align on strategies and client engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Metrics and Reporting :

  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and client feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the staffing or services industry.
  • Proven ability to secure new clients and manage ongoing accounts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, industry trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience opening "logos" or establishing relationships with major brands or enterprises.
  • A track record of building and maintaining a client portfolio within the staffing industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
