">Job Summary:
">We are seeking a qualified Direct Support Professional to work in our residential setting, providing support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and able to assist residents in achieving their personal goals.

Requirements:
">We require a clean, valid NYS Driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and some experience working with the intellectually and developmentally disabled population (although training will be provided). Certification in AMAP and SCIP within six months of hire is also necessary. Prior experience as a caregiver or assistant is a plus.
