Personal Assistant
ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for a multi-hyphenate based in Greenbriar, TN.

Regular Tasks For This Role
- Manage day to day schedule, book meetings and ensure deadlines are met
- Keeping principal’s calendar organized and properly formatted
- Organize and streamline workflows to ensure smooth coordination between personal life and professional commitments
- Sending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc
- Assisting principal with various correspondence in a professional manner
- Booking appointments
- Research, book, and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Making reservations
- Organizing digital files and information
- Taking direction from the principal, understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks
- Working closely with the principal’s full team to accomplish macro and micro goals
- Coordinate with the team for content planning, filming schedules, and podcast recordings
- Running errands
- Creating social media calendars, plans, and implementation
- Assist with gifting needs
- Prepping home for visiting guests
- Oversee Vendors
- Care for and manage three dogs, feeding, and coordinating veterinary appointments
- Transport dogs as needed (e.g., to veterinary, grooming appointments, and boarding)
Skills/Experience/Education
- Previous experience working in the entertainment industry
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and digital platforms (preferred)
- Self Starter
- Strong Critical Thinking Skills
- Adaptable in a variety of situations
- Able to read a room
- Operate at the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Work with a calm sense of urgency
- Maintain boundaries at all times

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
