Acloché is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Advocate in West Columbus. Join a local client and help provide excellent service to customers!

Schedule :

Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM.
Friday : 9 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM - Part time options available.
Pay : $16 $19 per hour.

Required Skills :

Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking, using proper grammar and a good understanding of English.

Use customer service techniques effectively; show patience and empathy towards customers; build good relationships with them.

Handle multi line phone systems, document phone sales, and deal with a variety of customers.

Enter data accurately and quickly.

Use Microsoft Windows 10, Word, and Excel proficiently.

Perform quick and accurate calculations.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : At least 2 years in an office role with customer service tasks.

Technology : Use Microsoft Word and the Internet every day.

Equipment : Experience with desktop computers and multi line phone systems.
