Acloché is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Advocate in West Columbus. Join a local client and help provide excellent service to customers!

Schedule :

  • Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM - Part time options available
  • Pay : $16 $19 per hour

Required Skills :

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking, using proper grammar and a good understanding of English.
  • Use customer service techniques effectively; show patience and empathy towards customers; build good relationships with them.
  • Handle multi line phone systems, document phone sales, and deal with a variety of customers.
  • Enter data accurately and quickly.
  • Use Microsoft Windows 10, Word, and Excel proficiently.
  • Perform quick and accurate calculations.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 2 years in an office role with customer service tasks.
  • Technology : Use Microsoft Word and the Internet every day.
  • Equipment : Experience with desktop computers and multi line phone systems.
