Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team, supporting students in an elementary school setting in Boston. This role is crucial for assisting teachers in providing a positive educational experience for students, particularly those with special needs.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional services to students
• Provide support to students with special needs and diverse learning requirements
• Monitor student progress and engagement during educational activities
• Prepare materials and assist in classroom management

Requirements

*Qualifications*

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with students with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff
