Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our equipment and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will handle work orders, maintain equipment records, and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Prepare, process, and complete work orders from the shop and Tenna inspections.
- Send work orders to field mechanics.
- Run equipment scheduled maintenance reports and distribute them to the shop and jobsites.
- Modify equipment scheduled maintenance checklists as requested and set up maintenance schedules for new equipment.
- Prepare end-of-year equipment inspections and process all related paperwork and pictures.
- Prepare truck spare cab books as needed.
- Create and organize new equipment keychains and maintain keychain stations as equipment is purchased or sold.
- Scan axle spacing reports and weight slips into the network and hard copy binders; Run weekly equipment off-line Tenna reports.
- Assist drivers with DVIR inspections and Gorilla logbook training.
- Handle various scanning, filing, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
