Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
- Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide information on products and services to meet member needs
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Promote credit union products and services to members
Skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience with cash handling and cash management
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Familiarity with cash registers and retail math
- Knowledge of 10-key typing for data entry
- Experience in loan origination is a plus
- Understanding of debits and credits in financial transactions
