What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
- Assist in managing the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and offers for affiliates.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, including revenue, traffic, and ROI metrics.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve program effectiveness and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of affiliate commissions.
- Serve as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the Paid Channel Coordinator and broader marketing team to align affiliate efforts with overall e-commerce strategies.
- Partner with creative teams to develop and distribute promotional materials, including banners, text links, and other digital assets.
- Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and program policies.
- Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Need-To-Haves:
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills with the ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Excellent attention to detail and strong aptitude for accuracy
- Strong technology skills with an advanced understanding of digital marketing
- A natural curiosity for how things work and the ability to adapt to ever-changing eCommerce world
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team environment, and to keep a high degree of confidentiality of all department and company information
Love-To-Haves:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of related digital marketing experience
- Experience reading and understanding contracts to ensure company profitability
- Bonus points for tool and equipment industry knowledge
