What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-tier customer support through inbound and outbound calls while multi-tasking using an online Chat feature;
- Identify customer needs, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions across banking products and services;
- Drive business growth by identifying sales opportunities and referring customers to the appropriate departments;
- Maintain high performance metrics, including call resolution, speed of answer, and customer satisfaction;
- Utilize modern banking technology such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Cards, and Bill Payments, this includes processing online account applications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A high school diploma; Business-related education beyond high school preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations outlined in our career development plan.
- Knowledge of banking products and services with a passion for helping customers.
