What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to advisor, offering tailored coaching and consultation to leaders and employees.
- Drive performance management strategies, from development plans to career growth initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance employee experience.
- Resolve challenging employee relations issues with expertise and professionalism.
- Design and support organizational structures, job descriptions, and compensation strategies.
- Partner to deliver positive outcomes in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement to ensure seamless integrations.
- Provide strategic input and guidance on policies, training, and compliance to align with legal standards.
- Take the reins on HR projects that will shape the future of our organization.
What Sets You Apart
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
- A deep understanding of HR functional areas, legal compliance, and organizational strategy.
