The Loan Services Specialist supports lending operations by entering, processing, and maintaining loans.
What You Bring to the Table:
Preferred:
- Three (3) years of related financial administrative experience;
- Banking experience;
- Loan administration experience.
Required:
- A high school diploma or GED;
- Team player attitude;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficient math skills;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Use your attention to detail to onboard and verify new loan data to the core system;
- Provide excellent administrative support by reviewing daily loan reports and performing maintenance requests;
- Applying math and accounting principles to balance loan general ledger accounts, adjust loan rate schedules, and calculate loan payoffs;
- Process multiple materials regarding loan disbursements, modifications, flood insurance, mortgage insurance and Escrow payments;
- Reconcile and pay monthly escrowed bills to insurance companies;
- Taking care of our customers by reviewing and preparing customer notices, statements and other loan-related communications.
