Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with preferable skills in graphic design and front-end development. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving online engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance engagement and user experience.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track and report on website and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, email templates, banners, and ads.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to make minor updates and improvements to the website.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to lift maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to travel.
