Technical Services Technician I - Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify the best product solutions for projects.
Advise on installation recommendations and procedures.Provide hydraulic information and advice.Assist in solving on-site problemsDatabase Management :Maintain the Technical Services Information database (Dynamics).
Identify areas for improvement and discuss with the Technical Services Manager.Design Services :Provide layout drawings, bill of materials lists, and shop drawings for individual projects.
Project Coordination :Gather, verify, and communicate project information to the appropriate personnel.
Collaboration :Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Customer Feedback :Elicit feedback from customers to guide future product and service direction.
Compliance :Follow all company policies and procedures.

Educational Background : Associate degree in civil or mechanical engineering technology (Civil preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.Professional Experience :Minimum of two years of related experience.
Minimum of two years' experience interpreting product designs and layouts, with knowledge of AutoCAD or similar systems.Technical Services Technician I - Essential Skills and Qualifications
