Job Title: Customer Service
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain good customer relations.
Ability to type 40 – 50 words per minute; proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems – experience with Word, Excel, SAP, Quickbase, and Ariba desired. Must be able to use databases to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status. Must be able to maintain files and documentation.
Individual will be responsible for answering customer service phone during working hours; receiving and handling requests from customers, representatives and distributors for price quotation, purchase order, and order adjustments; interacting with Engineering, Field Service, Manufacturing, Shipping and Credit Departments.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
