Job Summary:
Acorns to Oak Trees is looking for a BCBA to join our team in 2024/2025! We offer an easy EMR system to make paperwork a breeze, and a collaborative, kind team. This professional would be responsible for providing DIR FLOORTIME and/or ABA treatment to help our children and youth with their social/emotional goals as well as supervise our home visitors.
Responsibilities include:
Create and modify applied behavior therapy treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs. Train behavior technicians and parents to implement DIR Floortime and/or ABA treatment plans, conduct face-to-face supervision, assess the clients treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each clients treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured ,conducting assessments (initial and ongoing) and progress reports for each clients funding source, attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the clients present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals, consult with parents, school personnel with SLP, OT, PTs, etc. in person, on the phone, or through video, conduct annual performance evaluations and career mentorship for behavior technicians, and supervise, train and manage behavior technician.
- Also be willing to participate and be Project Coordinator for Home Visiting Program.

What We're Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Experience in DIR Floortime, ABA, behavior management, and supervising preferred
- Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
