In this role, we are seeking talent who wants to go beyond the briefs alone and help to foster and inspire a creative culture that challenges conventional thinking, uncovers unique solutions, and obsesses about outcomes. Who can lead with respect, care, and passion that will connect with creatives, collaborators, and clients alike. The Details: **Location:** Our US Creative team is primarily Chicago-based, but we encourage candidates within NYC, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Seattle markets to apply. Let’s talk – we will consider remote rockstars, too. **Start Date:** ASAP **Travel:** Presentations, working sessions, team gatherings, and presence at on-site activations are expected, up to 15%. **Commitment:** The successful candidate will work and track 40 hrs/week. However, our dynamic creative environment is not your traditional 9-5. We regularly operate across time zones, deadlines, event and production schedules, etc., made possible thanks to the shared trust, commitment, and accountability of team members. We do require flexibility from our employees to accommodate project needs. But we’re committed to giving it in return, too, as we deeply respect the need to maintain balance, well-being, and individual and family obligations… and personal passions and pursuits, too ( interests keep us interested – and interesting, after all). **Application Requirements:** * A detailed resume highlighting education and experience * A link to a portfolio of recent work (if password protected, please provide) * Two professional references (colleagues, vendors, clients welcomed) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead a team in generate and produce amazing ideas – across many mediums and crafts (a conceptual generalist) * Serve as creative expert in the B2B space * Develop and share deep understanding of event strategy, audience analysis, and use insights to develop ideas and effective guest journeys * Challenge norm and tradition to innovate toward future-proofed experiences that reflect modern passions, behaviors and audience interests * Leading end-to-end projects from strategy and concept thru to production * Work in tandem with partners across the agency (fellow creatives, desitners, strategy, production, client service, etc). * Ability to extend thinking into digital/social, PR, retail, and beyond * Leads by example – willingness to roll up sleeves, get in the weeds and help actualize the work * Possess a strong business acumen, working with PMs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget * Support in resourcing, budgeting, vendor/partner integration, etc. * Foster a positive environment on the team, participating/leading in team culture, training, and building the future of Mosaic creative. **QUALIFICATIONS** * 10-15 years progressive agency experience * Tenured experience creating B2B focused projects, briefs and clients – including conferences, trade shows, training, content, events, and beyond * Additional demonstrated focus on experiential, content and integrated campaigns * Strong understanding and ability to shift creative focus across various phases of a project, from concept, to crafting, thru to production * Ability to confidently lead partners and vendors – in both new and established relationships (video producers, fabrication partners, etc). * Represents Mosaic to clients and external partners – building relationships of trust and excellence * Posesses a passion for innovation, trends, and knowledge sharing * Experience in technology, digital media, CPG, and lifestyle brands * Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way * Creative leadership skills, with an ability to inspire young creatives, managing career paths and advocating for the US Creative team * Brand steward for assigned clients – able to master the ins and outs of their voie, visual language brand ethos and uphold that to agency and creative partners * Are both connected & collaborative – a culture vulture with deep tentacles and interests in culture, tech, music, television, etc, and passion for sharing **ABOUT US** Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer **Job Category:** Marketing **Position Type:** Full time **Business Unit:** Marketing **Salary Range:** $102,900.00 - $128,600.00 **Company:** Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC **Req ID:** 3935
