Job Summary:
Premium is seeking a highly motivated Wireless Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales representative, you will play a key role in connecting customers with wireless products and solutions that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
- Proactively start conversations with customers and explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
- Recommend personalized solutions and baskets to customers.
- Teach customers how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and services.
What You Need:
- You must display a high-energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with customers.
- You should demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
- You need to be driven to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
- You must livestream fantastic service and display integrity.
- You are expected to be able to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts and maintain flexibility to work during peak times.
