Responsibilities

- Oversee the closeout of orders and material procurement for each order.
- Coordinate transportation planning to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the shipping process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping coordination or a similar role within supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of supplier management, transportation management, and inventory control principles.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and transportation planning methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data related to profit loss and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for logistics management.
