Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to increase margin on each shipment.
- Analyze employee profit and loss on each shipment.
- Ensure customer support documentation is accurate and available.
- Book freight with carriers and consolidators and obtain freight rates.
- Aarrange pick up and registration of shipments.
Requirements
- High school graduate or qualification preferred.
- Two years of previous related experience required.
- Demonstrated customer services skills.
- Superb administration skills.
