Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting management in achieving branch goals, including increasing company profit and expediting delivery of Ocean Export consignments.
Main Tasks
- Increase Branch Profits by utilizing discretion and independent judgment to engage vendors and ship goods using the most efficient route.
- Coordinating Operations for Sea freight Exports by ensuring customer support documentation is available, booking freight, and arranging pick up.
- Client and Supplier Management by keeping record of discrepancies, regularly reviewing reports, and managing allocated customers.
