Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop accurate estimates for commercial drywall projects.
- Present detailed estimates to management during review sessions.
- Incorporate direct costs, indirect costs, support costs, and overheads into each estimate.
- Maintain and update cost databases to reflect actual project outcomes.
- Analyze production factors that impact the cost of materials and labor.
- Prepare precise material and labor estimates for drywall installation.
- Manage bids from vendors and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Perform detailed cost analyses using bid data and project insights.
