What You’ll Do:
- This is a dual-function role—blending strategic marketing leadership with hands-on business development.
- Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies for both new and existing product lines
- Oversee brand positioning, digital campaigns, content creation, product marketing, and outbound communications
- Guide messaging and strategy for lead generation, product awareness, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives
- Own and manage marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and analytics reporting
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, including tradeshows, product launches, and digital presence
- Business Development
- Identify, quantify, and pursue new market segments across domestic and international territories
- Lead strategic efforts to expand into untapped industries and niche applications
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Support sales efforts with strategic insight, market intelligence, and lead development tools
- Conduct competitive analysis, customer discovery, and product positioning research
- Contribute to corporate growth planning with input on product strategy, pricing models, and market entry tactics
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of progressive marketing and business development experience, with at least 5 in industrial equipment or engineered solutions
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing within technical or industrial sectors
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital campaign management
- Skilled in developing collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and video/digital content
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; customer-centric communicator
- U.S. Citizen (required)
