Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Human Resource Director to lead our HR initiatives within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and equitable workplace.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
• Design and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace

• Monitor key HR metrics (KPI) reports and recommend improvements.
• Oversee leadership development programs.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices and conflict resolution.
• Manage workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
