Acoustical Sheetmetal Company, a privately-owned custom manufacturer of generator enclosures located in Virginia Beach, Virginia is in search of a Manufacturing Support Administrator to perform a variety of duties in support of the manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities
- Order and track 3rd party equipment deliveries and maintain supporting documentation, arrange inbound freight where necessary.
- Maintain paperwork for all internal transfers of material and equipment
- Arrange outbound freight, provide equipment weights and dims to required parties.
- Maintain an accurate production schedule and communicate changes with those impacted.
- Prepare paperwork for outbound shipments.
- Provide sales order release support.
- Other duties to be assigned as needed.
