We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key milestones, resources, and timelines.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Primavera for effective scheduling and tracking of project progress.
- Conduct construction estimating using tools like HeavyBid to prepare accurate budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor construction sites for compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss project status and address any issues that arise.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Civil 3D for site planning and layout.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software like HeavyBid is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
