Replenishment Manager - Walmart - Remote or NYC Office
The Replenishment Manager will play a critical role in our brand's retail success with the Walmart account. This position will manage all aspects of replenishment for swimwear manufactured and distributed nationwide for the Walmart account. As this role will work across internal and external teams, it requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate results. You will report to the Head Business Analyst / Planner, and the team will include an Item Set-Up Manager (Data Entry).
Responsibilities :
- Help create, communicate, and execute seasonal replenishment plans for the swimwear category Walmart business
- Manage system Luminate / Scintilla reporting and analysis to support inventory and sales opportunities
- Communicate with team members to develop and manage seasonal strategy action plans
- Demand Planning and managing forecasting for production
- Capture and analyze assigned customer point of sale (POS) data, inventory levels, price points, store counts, and rate of sale
- Analyze sales by region, monitoring trends and in-stock levels (DC and store) to maximize sales
- Leverage existing and new data sources to support sales and product teams
- Manage information related to competitive issues, product assortments, retail pricing
Job Requirements :
Luminate / Scintilla experience required
Salary : $80K - 100K range, dependent on experience
Hybrid NYC - 4 days in Office / 1 WFH, or remote considered if outside of the NYC area
