The Developer will work with other product-focused departments and engineers to understand Acqueon's business strategy and work together to oversee the development, execution, and continuous innovation of our cloud-based Patient Assist platform.

The Developer will work with other product-focused departments and engineers to understand Acqueon's business strategy and work together to oversee the development, execution, and continuous innovation of our cloud-based Patient Assist platform.
As a Developer - Patient Assist in Acqueon you will
- Work with a team of strong developers, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
- Plan and implement the vision, technology roadmap, and system developments in accordance with the business roadmap.
- Operate with scale and speed, amidst flux in the fast-paced environment.
- Manage the development and delivery of complex features from design to production according to product requirements.
- Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
- An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science/IT preferred.
- 3-7 years of development experience working with patient-facing engagement platforms.
- Deep understanding in Python or Java.
- Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, and fault tolerant systems.
- Previous experience of working with other international R&D teams, product management, and support teams.
- Proven knowledge of Patient Assist or similar platforms.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, and driven team in a context-switching environment.
- Expertise in highly transactional, large relational, and complex systems.
- Strong object-oriented design skills and an uncanny ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.
- Superior management skills to manage multi-engineer projects and experience in delivering high quality projects on time.
- Strong technical competence with a track record of individual technical accomplishments.
- Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Acqueon's Dallas location if possible.
