A Glimpse Into Your New Role
As Trainer, you are responsible for ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.
You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and managing all phases of training interventions.
Facilitate classes for employee competency developmentReview course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvementEnsure Training Quality Guidelines / Processes are followedProvide the necessary documentation for all classes facilitatedWork with the L&D to catalyze improvement regarding employee personal and professional competency development, and its execution & applicationVerify training effectiveness through observations; conduct audits to validate effectiveness of training and track post training resultsEvaluate classroom feedback to find ways on how to improve class facilitationConduct needs analysis, research and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of employeesDesign and develop instructional material for training courses that support employee competency developmentDesign and development training content, curriculum design and learning strategies.Create course assessments, scores test and share feedback with trainees and operations leadership.Track course attendance and provide reporting to operations leadershipCalibrate with operations leadership, and QA to ensure consistency with call scoring.Partner with QA and leadership to create scripts.Identify gaps and create action plans for improvementRevise and improve existing materials to keep track with the developmental needs of employeeWhat You'll Bring
At least 2 years' experience in the BPO industry as a TrainerSales experience a plusTechnical knowledge in Module CreationMust have collaborated in the creation of a curriculumMust have spear-headed training needs analysis for a new and existing campaignStrong focus on documentationNumerical comprehension and analyzing dataUnderstanding of contact center industry KPIsThorough knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Excellent communications skills - verbal and writtenAbility to provide coaching and constructive feedback to employees in training class and transition bay.Statistical knowledge / interpretation of dataTechnical Orientation - Class Preparation, Evaluation and AssessmentBilingual (Spanish) is a plus.With a diverse global team working together, we proudly embrace and live these shared values :
