Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MRI Supervisor to join a reputable healthcare facility in Berlin, VT. This is a mid-level, in-person role offering a competitive salary and partial relocation assistance. A $15,000 signing bonus will be paid in three equal installments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee MRI operations, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with employee scheduling to meet patient volume demands.
- Provide coaching and foster teamwork among department personnel.
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call shifts (8 a.m. – Noon, Saturday and Sunday).
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
- Advanced certification in MRI.
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience.
- At least 2 years as a lead tech or supervisor.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ACR accreditation.
- Active MRSO certification.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $85,675 – $128,502 per year.
- $15,000 Signing Bonus in three equal payments.
- Partial relocation assistance available.
