Key Responsibilities : Customer Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and support. New Business Development : Identify, target, and secure new customer opportunities to drive revenue growth. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and develop strategic sales plans to stay ahead of industry changes. Sales Strategy : Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement profitable B2B sales initiative Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfactio Industry Events : Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence and build new connections. Qualifications : Industry Experience : 3 years of experience in retail, grocery, produce, and / or B2B sales. Time Management : Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effective. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other sales-related.
