The Call Screeners are responsible for receiving and fielding inbound/outbound sales calls and text messages into our Sales Center . You must be a quick learner with strong phone, text, and e-mail communication skills.
We offer an hourly wage with bonuses.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Inbound and outbound calling/texting to screen potential clients for our sales team
-Utilize company processes to track/progress the life of the leads
-Maintain multiple calendars/appointments
-Navigate through high volume texts and emails while responding in a timely manner
-Maintaining all company chats and ensure that all transfers and appointments are called on time
-Tracking multiple reports to assist in appointment overflow and maximize reps on the phone at all times
-QC any/all files that are worked
-Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Desired Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Salary : $12 - $16
